A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) full-body workout. You'll be pushing yourself to do all you can of each exercise against a timer - a quick breather and you're onto the next. Full-body fitness and strength, done in no time! It sets your metabolism burning too so it's a calorie killer!

In this tough session James takes you through a HIIT workout consisting of:

  • 6 Rounds of Work
  • Each with 3 Exercises
  • 10 seconds rest between each exercise
  • 1 minute rest between each round

So...you'll be working hard taking all three exercises up in intensity, then back down.
