Workout Description
Yoga is the practice of physical postures or poses called "asanas". With increased awareness, the poses become meditation-in-action with awareness of the breath flowing through the body. Each pose has specific benefits. Physical tension and imbalances are brought to attention and begin to release. Many people think that yoga is stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

A late summer practice exploring the transition from peak summer energy to the yin phase of the autumn and winter. 

This is a strong practice holding poses for some time 

It focuses on the core of the body - moving to and from the centre of the body.
