Yoga is the practice of physical postures or poses called "asanas". With increased awareness, the poses become meditation-in-action with awareness of the breath flowing through the body. Each pose has specific benefits. Physical tension and imbalances are brought to attention and begin to release. Many people think that yoga is stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

A half-hour yoga practice focused on taking care of your core and back which is ideal if you're less active than you'd like to be at present. Taking care of your back is really important if you're spending longer periods sitting when working from home for example.
