Workout Description
These workouts can be done at home or in our gyms. Our fitness team love nothing more than coming up with great ways to help you improve your fitness. They capitalise on their expert knowledge to get you there more quickly and efficiently. Let them inspire you and help you keep things fresh so that you're motivated to keep working on being the best you can be.

This workout comprises of 11 sets. At the end of each set you take 30 seconds rest.

The first set is just one exercise, the second repeats that and adds a second exercise, the third set repeats the last but adds a third exercise and so on. Eventually in set 6, you’ll complete 6 exercises in a row and take your 30 seconds rest.

Then for in each set from 7 to 11 you work your way back down by simply taking away the final exercise from the previous set.
