You might be on stationary bike, but this workout will take you through the mountains, along the shoreline and over rolling hills, in a workout designed to optimise fat burning and muscle building. All you need to do is start pedalling. Get your turbo trainer, exercise bike or spin bike set up and grab a towel and some water!
