Our instructor takes you through a variety of structured movements that raise your heart rate and get blood and oxygen flowing more quickly. The exercises work on all areas of your body, boosting your immune system strength and the health of your heart and lungs. Most of all though we do all this to the rhythm of awesome music that'll make it all a ton of fun.
