These classes will help improve your strength and your balance, helping reduce the risk of a fall and making day to day life easier. You don't need anything special, just a chair, comfortable clothing and footwear you're steady in. And don’t worry about keeping up – although these classes may make you breathe a little harder, they won’t involve any exercises that could do you harm.
