Apple TV box and remote control

If you have an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, MacBook or other Apple computer) and Apple TV, you can use a feature called Apple AirPlay to follow your workout on a big TV screen where it'll look and sound better than ever.

Log in to this website on your phone, tablet or computer and find the class or activity you want to take part in then use AirPlay to see it full size on your TV!

What you need

  • A TV with an HDMI port
  • An HDMI cable (unless your AppleTV is already connected)
  • Apple TV (generation 2, 3, or 4)
  • An Apple device (iPad, iPhone, MacBook, other Apple computer)

Got everything you need? Let's get you fit in front of the big screen

  1. Connect your Apple TV to your television with an HDMI cable (unless this has already been done) and switch it on
  2. Switch on your TV and on the remote choose the input/source for the HDMI port your AppleTV is plugged into (usually numbered HDMI 1, HDMI 2 etc)
  3. On your iPhone, iPad or Mac, select the AirPlay icon on the menu bar
  4. Under “Connect to AirPlay Display,” choose your Apple TV. The AirPlay icon will turn blue, and your desktop or screen will be displayed on your television.
  5. Start your video, and click on full screen mode to make the video larger on your TV.
  6. Now you’re ready to work out!
  7. When you are finished and no longer want to use the AirPlay display, select the AirPlay icon again and click on “Disconnect AirPlay Display.” Or, you can press the menu button on your Apple TV remote. If you encounter any problems with AirPlay, you can visit Apple’s Support page for troubleshooting tips.
